We send by Canada Post to all areas of Canada. We do not ship outside of the country yet.

Our online store is integrated with Canada Post so enter your address and our website will automatically show shipping charges for the weight of your order. Shipments take from 1 to 5 days according to Canada Post.

Note: We can only ship very limited kinds of refrigerated or frozen items. We will inform you if you have ordered something we are unable to ship to your location.
